About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Functional Consultant with a interest in the real estate and property industry and proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
As part of our Operations team, you will collaborate with an international network of colleagues and clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their business processes, maximize the value of their YAVICA products with D365 Finance, and achieve measurable results.
You will support clients globally in unlocking the full potential of their Dynamics platform while fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and value creation.
What you will be responsible for:
Supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong partnerships founded on trust and sustainable growth.
Monitoring and handling clients’ day-to-day operational issues, while following the defined processes and updating the ITSM-system.
Assessing client business processes, methodologies, and training needs, recommending targeted improvements.
Advising and supporting clients in maximizing the value of YAVICA products for the real estate industry.
Proactively monitoring software performance and taking corrective actions to ensure stability and optimal functionality.
Gathering ongoing client feedback to improve system usability and ensure smooth operations.
Conducting in-depth Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues while enhancing solutions.
You might be a great fit if you have:
Strong expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance, with the ability to advise on financial processes and operations.
Extensive experience with diagnosing and resolving clients’ technical problems.
A solid experience in Incident, Problem, Goal, and Change Management within a strong track record in client support.
A structured, responsible approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining quality and a positive mindset.
Danish as a native language, with sold and professional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
ITIL framework experience.
