About the role:
We are looking for a Danish speaking Technical Solution Architect (TSA) to engage in the lifecycle of our client engagements, starting from presales activities to project implementation and go-live.
Our new TSA must possess deep expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365FO technology platform with a proven track record of multiple implementations on the resume. The role requires the ability to manage several smaller implementation projects concurrently or lead a single large-scale implementation project with confidence.
What you will be responsible for:
Actively participate in presales activities regarding technical platform topics, and collaborate with other stakeholders to provide estimates for environments set-up and handling as well as integrations and other technical related topics.
Participate in project planning from a technical perspective, considering custom development, environment deployments and refreshes, integrations, data migration, and so on.
Being the ambassador for our methodology and ensuring that our projects always are implemented accordingly and ensure that our customers are experiencing the same during the implementation projects.
On implementation projects you will be responsible for:
Supporting the project team members during the implementation projects, i.e., environment planning, software release planning, integration design, system sizing for performance.
Work closely with the project managers, functional solution architects, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets the non-functional requirements, as well as the architectural principles and guidelines are followed.
Coordinate and communicate with other architects, such as enterprise, domain, or functional architects, to ensure that the solution is consistent and compatible with the overall architecture vision and strategy.
Taking the lead on establishing the data warehouse architecture in close collaboration with the data scientists working on the reporting solution and the infrastructure team.
Working with the development team providing guidance on implementation strategies, e.g. if customizations should be built using low-code tools or classic extensions.
We can teach you about the real estate domain, but you must have: (requirements)
Experience working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to maintain a high level of quality and a positive mindset
Experience working independently and taking responsibility for the customers and issues raised
Domain knowledge within Dynamics 365FO Finance
Extensive technical knowledge about the Dynamics 365 Finance, Life Cycle Management (LCS), Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), Data warehousing using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Link for Dataverse, Unified Admin Experience, Unified Developer Experience
Experience in providing guidance to implementation team on Integration strategy, Data migration strategy and security strategy
Experience in working with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure Cloud Platform, PowerBI, DevOps, Azure VMs
Willingness to learn new technologies and investigate complex problems
Hands-On experience with Dynamics 365FO ERP implementations
Demonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts
Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and collaborate with colleagues globally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven expertise in building and nurturing professional relationships
Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
Ability to travel for customer engagements within the European region
Ability to work across multiple time zones primarily within Europe
