About the role:
We are seeking a Director of Services for our YAVICA Nordics market, emphasizing delivery excellence across the entire client lifecycle. This key role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of delivery within the assigned client portfolio.
The Director of Services will be accountable for all aspects of management, operational effectiveness, and delivering outstanding service in their designated area.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director of the market
Your key responsibilities:
Client portfolio responsibility being client relationship & Business Delivery, i.e., ensuring that a strong relationship is developed and maintained with the Clients.
Responsible for creating a pipeline of opportunities and driving these towards new projects and support, both within the Client portfolio and within a given area.
Responsible for the sales and presales activities.
Responsible for providing input to the budget and ensure to deliver as per the agreed and approved budget.
Service Delivery - Ensuring quality of delivered services to Client projects within the given portfolio, according to Group defined processes.
Responsibility for estimation, budgeting, and resource (utilization) within the team and across projects within the area of responsibility.
Monthly reporting on all ongoing projects and deliverables.
Team and Member Management (project managers, solution architects, functional consultants) - Assigning, recruiting, and supporting the career development of employees.

Can work independently, take full responsibility for your designated area, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
Demonstrate strong ability to manage both teams and client relationships.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and experience collaborating on Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management.
Have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementations or other major ERP solutions.
Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
Are skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and a positive attitude.
Thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy working with colleagues from around the world.
Are naturally curious and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can continuously build and apply new skills.
Are comfortable working across multiple time zones, primarily within Europe.
